What's In a Name? - Near 925

Onyx + East is excited to announce the launch of Near 925, a new townhome community located at the northwest corner of 10th and Sterling featuring two and three bedroom townhomes with 2-car attached garages and rooftop deck options. 

NEAR 925 is O+E’s first foray into the near Eastside neighborhoods of Indianapolis and we developed the project name to celebrate this location.  NEAR is a nod to the amazing neighborhoods that make up the near Eastside from Windsor Park to Woodruff Place to Little Flower.  These neighborhoods have a strong sense of identity and engaged and active citizens that have made the near eastside a great place to live. 

925 reflects the micro location on Sterling Street, a nod to the hallmark of silver.  A hallmark is defined as a distinguishing characteristic, trait or feature.  The homes we are building at this location will provide unique features such as rooftop decks.  We hope we create a special and distinguished community within this great enclave of neighborhoods.
