When we build, we build intentionally. We’re leaders in urban infill design, and we build new-construction homes in desirable, walkable locations. We also build in select suburban areas that offer the practicality and convenience our customers demand.

Single Family Homes

Typically, our single-family homes are built as a part of a new community—rather than one-off projects in an existing neighborhood.

Townhomes

We’re known for building townhomes on vacant and underutilized land. It’s our bread and butter, and we’re a leader in the industry.

Build To Rent

We regularly partner with investors on build-to-rent communities. As such, we understand how to create value for everyone—from investors to renters.

Sustainability

The United States Green Building Council developed the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) rating system to help promote healthier, more efficient, and greener building practices. We’re proud to be a part of the program. There are various levels of LEED certification. Your Onyx+East rep can provide you with the specifics for your home.
