Our Warranty Program

Our warranty program consists of a 10-year written warranty, backed by strongest insurance available in the industry.

1-Year

Materials and Workmanship Warranty
Covers defects and improper installation on most things we install in the house, excluding appliances which are warranted directly through the manufacturer for 1-year.

2-Year

Mechanical Warranty
Your HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems are protected for two years from your original closing date, giving you peace of mind where it counts.

4-Year

Roof Leak Warranty
We’ll cover roof leaks for up to four years—provided the roof remains intact. Any damage caused by severe weather or other external factors would fall under your homeowner’s insurance. In all other cases, we have got you covered.

10-Year

Structural Warranty
